Voice and Text Input

Uter processes voice input and generated text solely to provide dictation and formatting functionality.

  • Audio and text are processed transiently

  • We do not store recordings or transcripts on our servers

  • Content is not used to train models or shared with third parties for advertising

Analytics and Usage Data

We collect limited analytics to help us understand how Uter is used and to improve reliability and performance. This may include:

  • App usage metrics (e.g. feature usage, session duration)

  • Performance data (e.g. latency, error rates)

  • Basic device or OS information

This data:

  • Does not include your dictated content

  • Is aggregated or anonymized where possible

  • Is never sold or shared for advertising

Third-Party Services

Uter may rely on third-party services to process audio or provide infrastructure. These services are used only to deliver the app’s functionality and are required to handle data securely and confidentially.

Data Retention

  • Dictation content is not retained after processing

  • Analytics data may be retained for a limited time for operational and diagnostic purposes

We take reasonable measures to protect information during processing, including secure transmission and access controls.
