Uter provides voice dictation and text formatting tools. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer or bypass safeguards.

Uter is provided as a general productivity tool. The text generated by Uter is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using or sharing it. Uter does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You retain ownership of any content you input into or generate using Saybit. By using the app, you grant Uter a limited right to process your content solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Uter may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and availability is not guaranteed.

Uter makes no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated output will be accurate or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or reliance on generated content.

You may stop using Uter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
